Ordering
Do you print everything to order?
Yes. Nothing is pre-made. Each mug, tee or print is made once you order it, which is why dispatch takes a few working days rather than next day.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us through the contact page as soon as possible with your order number. If it hasn't gone to print yet we can usually change or cancel it. Once it's printed, it's yours.
Can I send it straight to someone as a gift?
Yes. Enter their address at checkout. We don't include a printed invoice or any prices in the parcel.
Do you do custom or personalised designs?
Some designs have a personalisation option on the product page. For anything else, bulk office orders or a joke you want on a mug, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
Delivery
How long does UK delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days, then take 2 to 4 working days with the courier. For Christmas, order by Wednesday 16 December.
Is delivery free?
Yes. UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. UK addresses only.
Will my items arrive together?
Not always. Mugs, clothing and prints are made in different places, so a mixed order can arrive as separate parcels. Nothing is lost, it's just on its way.
My parcel is late or tracking has stopped. What now?
Tracking can stall, especially around Christmas, and most delayed parcels turn up within a few days. If it hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, message us with your order number and we'll chase the courier. If it still doesn't turn up, we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
Products
Are the mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes. All our ceramic mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. Hand washing keeps the print at its brightest for longest.
What's the difference between 11oz and 15oz?
11oz (325ml) is a standard mug. 15oz (440ml) is the big one for people who don't want to get up for a refill.
What is an accent mug?
The outside is glossy white with the design, and the handle and inside are the colour you pick from the dropdown.
What size t-shirt or hoodie should I order?
Our clothing is unisex sizing. Order your usual size for a relaxed fit, or go one down if you prefer it fitted.
Do posters and canvases come framed?
Canvas prints arrive stretched on a wooden frame, ready to hang. Posters arrive rolled in a tube, so you'll need your own frame.
Is the Traitors range official merchandise?
No. The Traitors designs are unofficial fan art by Brit Of A Laugh, inspired by the show. We're not affiliated with the BBC or the production company.
Problems
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Sorry about that. Message us through the contact page with your order number and a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement. See Shipping & Returns for the full policy.
I haven't had a dispatch email yet.
Check your spam folder first. If it's been more than 3 working days since you ordered, message us and we'll chase it.
