Delivery

FREE UK delivery on every order. The price you see is the price you pay.

Every item is printed to order just for you. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days, then take 2 to 4 working days with the courier. You'll get an email when your order has been dispatched.

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Mixed orders (for example a mug and a t-shirt) may arrive as separate parcels because they're made in different places.

Sending a gift? Just pop the recipient's address in at checkout. We never include prices in the parcel.

Christmas

Order by Wednesday 16 December for Christmas delivery. Around Christmas and other peak times, dispatch can take a little longer. If you need something for a specific date, order early and message us so we can keep an eye on it.

Lost or delayed parcels

Once your order is dispatched it's in the courier's hands, and tracking can sometimes stall or stop updating, especially around Christmas. Most delayed parcels do turn up within a few days, so please give it a little time.

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, message us with your order number and we'll chase it with the courier. If it still hasn't turned up after that, we'll send a replacement or a full refund. You won't be left out of pocket.

If tracking says delivered but you haven't got it, please check with neighbours and any safe places first, then let us know.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, message us through the contact page within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement, or a full refund if you'd prefer. You won't need to post the damaged item back. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Changed your mind?

Because everything is made to order for you, we can't resell a returned mug or tee. But under UK consumer law you still have the right to cancel an order for non-personalised items within 14 days of receiving it. To do that, message us within those 14 days, then post the item back unused and in its original condition within a further 14 days. Return postage is at your cost, and we'll refund the item price once it's back with us.

Personalised or custom items (anything made to your own text, name or spec) are exempt from change-of-mind returns, as allowed under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This doesn't affect your rights if the item is faulty.

Cancelling before it's printed

If you message us quickly after ordering and your item hasn't gone to print yet, we can usually cancel it for a full refund. Once it's printed, the rules above apply.
